Add the right expertise. Build the right team. PowerIT connects CTC’s engineering capabilities with your roadmap — from staff augmentation to dedicated teams and scoped delivery.
From one specialist to a complete team: define roles around your product, systems and stage of growth.
A role map for your brief; expertise, allocation and availability are confirmed for each requirement.
Choose a reference structure and compare it with your current team. This prepares the conversation; it is not an availability promise.
Headcount is only a starting point. Roles and skills need review before selecting people.
Confirm roles, allocation and intended timing together.
One specialist can unblock a task. The right team can move an entire workstream forward.
Web, apps, APIs and business workflows.

Review profiles, relevant experience and resources available to join.
Role-specific interviews, technical discussion and shared expectations.
Agree responsibilities, access and 30/60/90-day objectives.
Review quality, progress, collaboration and changing capacity needs.
A technology match is not enough. The right person must understand the work, collaborate with your team and meet the required working conditions.

From product and data to operational platforms. Individual profiles and technology fit are confirmed per request.
Add product-building capability across interfaces, APIs, data and business workflows.
↗02 /Shape a team for data pipelines, document processing and AI applications tied to evaluable work.
↗03 /Support deployment platforms, working environments and observability so products can be released and maintained.
↗04 /Build testing into the delivery cadence to identify defects, verify integrations and define release conditions.
↗05 /Develop ERP/CRM modules and integrations that move information through the right business workflow.
↗06 /Add analysis, solution design and technical coordination to translate product objectives into clear work.

Staff Augmentation and ODC are the core models. Added pods, scoped delivery and technical assessment address different starting points.
You have technical leadership and a clear backlog, but need specific skills to keep the roadmap moving.
You need backend with QA, data with MLOps, or a feature team embedded in your current organisation.
You need stable delivery capacity, a product roadmap and a team that can grow in stages.
You need a product, module, integration or upgrade and have an owner to confirm requirements.
Delivery is slow, but the cause may be staffing, specialist skills, system dependencies or coordination.
Integration feasibility, performance or user experience needs validation before a larger commitment.
A capability description does not replace confirmation of the right people. CTC profiles show product and solution thinking; staffing proposals receive a separate fit review.

CTC is based in Vietnam. Teams across time zones agree overlap hours, language, tools and handover routines.
Clocks support time-zone planning; they are not PowerIT office locations.
Body shopping is often used for time-based technical staffing. PowerIT uses Staff Augmentation to make responsibilities clear: engineers join your existing team; you direct and approve technical work while CTC manages agreed staffing conditions.
Team Augmentation adds a capability pod into your existing team and operating model. An ODC/Dedicated Team supports a longer-term product or scope with an agreed structure, leadership and delivery model.
Yes, discuss a single role when the work, technical owner and working conditions are clear. Profiles and start dates depend on confirmed availability; immediate staffing is not assumed.
By role, seniority, allocation and engagement model. Staff/ODC proposals define rates and periodic costs; outsourcing defines scope and acceptance. A specific quotation follows requirement and resource review.
You retain technical management in Staff Augmentation. In team, ODC and outsourcing engagements, coordination, review and acceptance responsibilities are agreed explicitly before kickoff.
Confirm overlap hours, location, language and allocation for each requirement. Round-the-clock support or universal time-zone coverage is not assumed.
Agree confidentiality, least-privilege access, repositories, devices and offboarding. Code ownership, documentation and handover terms are defined in the contract.
No. A POC/Pilot is appropriate when a specific technical uncertainty needs testing. If the role and work are clear, proceed to profile matching and engagement terms.
Tell us about the work, missing capabilities and intended timing. Start with a conversation to find the right working model.
